All items are carefully looked over thoroughly before packaging to ensure quality is maintained from processing to arrival. In the rare instance that products are received damaged or incorrect please contact us with images of the faulty items within 72hrs of arrival. A store credit or refund will then be made at Hey Dazie's discretion.
Due to the nature of some of our products they are not able to be refunded or returned.
If an item is available for refund this is at the customers own expense; we recommend using a tracked service to return items as we can not be held responsible for postal service issues. Once items have been received at the Hey Dazie Studio; you will be contacted regarding the order and refund options.
